How to get the benefit of service vouchers?
You must first enrol with Sodexo Titres Services; this is free of charge. If you like, we can carry out the formalities for you. Contact us!
Practically speaking
- First you must sign up with Sodexo to get a 12 digit enrolment number that you use to purchase the vouchers. We will be happy to do this for you if you ask us.
- You can also enrol with Sodexo on-line on their site.
- Choose between paper vouchers and electronic vouchers.
- As soon as you get your Sodexo enrolment number (190/...), you can purchase vouchers at a price of € 7.50 each. The account number is given to you when you sign up.
- It is important to know that you must order a minimum of 10 vouchers (75 €) and that you must pay in multiples of € 7.50.
- Contact Aaxe Titres-Services to schedule the services you want (3 hours minimum per week).
- Date and sign the service vouchers and give them to the person providing household help at the end of his/her shift. One hour = one service voucher.
- Please note that the vouchers are valid for 8 months. During that time, they can be reimbursed or exchanged.
