Purchase limits are calculated per calendar year.<\/p>\n<p>BRUSSELS<\/p>\n<p>As an individual user, you may order up to 500 service vouchers per calendar year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u20ac11.40 for the first 300 service vouchers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac14.00 for the next 200 service vouchers<\/p>\n<p>A household, meaning all persons registered at the same address, may order up to 1,000 service vouchers per calendar year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u20ac11.40 for the first 600 service vouchers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac14.00 for the next 400 service vouchers<\/p>\n<p>The tax reduction for new service-voucher purchases has been abolished in Brussels since 1 January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>FLANDERS<\/p>\n<p>As an individual user, you may order up to 500 service vouchers per calendar year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u20ac10.00 for the first 400 service vouchers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac11.00 for the next 100 service vouchers<\/p>\n<p>A household may order up to 1,000 service vouchers per calendar year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u20ac10.00 for the first 800 service vouchers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac11.00 for the next 200 service vouchers<\/p>\n<p>The tax reduction for new purchases has been abolished in Flanders since 1 January 2025.<\/p>\n<p>WALLONIA<\/p>\n<p>The following Walloon prices have applied since 1 July 2026.<\/p>\n<p>As an individual user, you may order up to 500 service vouchers per calendar year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u20ac10.60 for the first 175 service vouchers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac11.60 for service vouchers 176 to 400<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac12.60 for service vouchers 401 to 500<\/p>\n<p>As a household, you may order up to 1,000 service vouchers per calendar year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u20ac10.60 for the first 350 service vouchers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac11.60 for service vouchers 351 to 800<br \/>\n&#8211; \u20ac12.60 for service vouchers 801 to 1,000<\/p>\n<p>Even under the household quota, the individual limit of 500 service vouchers per person per calendar year still applies.<\/p>\n<p>Subject to certain conditions, single-parent families, persons with disabilities, parents of a minor child with a disability, and recipients of the allowance for assistance to older persons may order up to 2,000 service vouchers per calendar year at \u20ac10.60 per voucher.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"l165\" itemscope itemprop=\"mainEntity\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Question\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-l165\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\" itemprop=\"name\">Who can use service vouchers?<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-l165\" itemscope itemprop=\"acceptedAnswer\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Answer\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\" itemprop=\"text\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Any natural person aged 18 or over, legally residing in Belgium and registered in the Population Register at their main residence, may use service vouchers.<\/p>\n<p>You must register with the service-voucher scheme in the Region where your main residence is located: Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"f246\" itemscope itemprop=\"mainEntity\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Question\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-f246\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\" itemprop=\"name\">Are service vouchers tax-deductible?<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-f246\" itemscope itemprop=\"acceptedAnswer\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Answer\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\" itemprop=\"text\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>For new service-voucher purchases, only Wallonia still offers a tax reduction.<\/p>\n<p>If your main residence is in the Walloon Region, you receive a fixed tax reduction of \u20ac0.90 per service voucher for the first 150 service vouchers purchased per person and per calendar year.<\/p>\n<p>This represents a maximum tax benefit of \u20ac135 per person per year.<\/p>\n<p>A service voucher purchased for \u20ac10.60 therefore costs \u20ac9.70 after the tax reduction, for the vouchers concerned.<\/p>\n<p>Married couples or cohabiting partners may each benefit from this tax reduction for service vouchers purchased in their own name, provided that each person has their own user number.<\/p>\n<p>In Brussels, the tax reduction has been abolished since 1 January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In Flanders, the tax reduction has been abolished since 1 January 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"t328\" itemscope itemprop=\"mainEntity\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Question\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-t328\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\" itemprop=\"name\">How can I benefit from maternity assistance?<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-t328\" itemscope itemprop=\"acceptedAnswer\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Answer\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\" itemprop=\"text\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Self-employed mothers who meet the conditions may receive up to 105 free service vouchers through their social insurance fund.<\/p>\n<p>For maternity leave starting from 1 July 2026, the number of free service vouchers depends on the length of maternity leave chosen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 105 service vouchers for 12 weeks of maternity leave<br \/>\n&#8211; 70 service vouchers for 13 weeks of maternity leave<br \/>\n&#8211; 35 service vouchers for 14 weeks of maternity leave<br \/>\n&#8211; No service vouchers for 15 weeks of maternity leave<\/p>\n<p>After childbirth, your social insurance fund will guide you through the process and arrange the order for the service vouchers to which you are entitled.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: if you order 105 service vouchers straight away, this choice is final. You can check and confirm the service through your secure account or mobile application.<\/p>\n<p>If there is an error, you can dispute the service before confirming it.<\/p>\n<p>PAPER SERVICE VOUCHERS<\/p>\n<p>Paper service vouchers are still available in Brussels and Wallonia.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the service, you give your household helper one correctly completed and signed voucher for each hour worked.<\/p>\n<p>Please check that the name, date and signature are completed correctly.
