How to get started with service vouchers?

Start by registering
Go to Sodexo and choose your region (Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders). Click on “Registration” and follow the steps until confirmation.

Voucher selection & contact
Choose paper or electronic vouchers (you can change this in your profile). To request a household helper, contact us via the form, by e-mail (titres-services@aaxe.be) or call us: we adjust the day, number of hours, etc.

Payment of services
With electronic vouchers, we record the hours and you simply validate them. With paper vouchers, you give 1 voucher per hour to the helper (1 h = 1 voucher).

Prices, annual quotas and tax rules depend on the Region in which your main residence is officially registered.

Per user — maximum 500 per year

First 300 service vouchers €11.40
Next 200 service vouchers €14.00

Per household — maximum 1,000 per year

First 600 service vouchers €11.40
Next 400 service vouchers €14.00

Tax reduction

Abolished since 1 January 2026.
Service vouchers purchased from 2026 onwards no longer qualify for a tax reduction in the Brussels-Capital Region.

Flanders

Flemish Region

Per user — maximum 500 per year

First 400 service vouchers €10.00
Next 100 service vouchers €11.00

Per household — maximum 1,000 per year

First 800 service vouchers €10.00
Next 200 service vouchers €11.00

Tax reduction

Abolished since 1 January 2025.
Service vouchers purchased from 2025 onwards no longer qualify for a tax reduction in the Flemish Region.

Wallonia

Prices applicable since 1 July 2026

Per user — maximum 500 per year

First 175 service vouchers €10.60
From the 176th to the 400th €11.60
From the 401st to the 500th €12.60

Per household — maximum 1,000 per year

First 350 service vouchers €10.60
From the 351st to the 800th €11.60
From the 801st to the 1,000th €12.60

Special quota and tax reduction

Certain eligible categories may purchase up to 2,000 service vouchers at €10.60 per voucher.

A tax reduction of €0.90 per service voucher remains available for the first 150 service vouchers purchased. After the tax reduction, the net cost of a service voucher in the first price bracket is therefore €9.70.
