How to get started with service vouchers?
Registration
To use service vouchers, register with Sodexo according to your region (Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders). Click on “Registration” and follow the steps.
Order & request
Choose paper or electronic service vouchers (modifiable from your profile). To request domestic help, contact us via the online form, by email (titres-services@aaxe.be) or by phone (phone); we adapt your request (day, number of hours, etc.).
Payment
With electronic service vouchers, we record the hours and you confirm them. With paper vouchers, you give the domestic helper one voucher per hour (reminder: 1 hour = 1 voucher).

What is the price of a service voucher?
Service voucher in Brussels
As a user
You can order a maximum of 500 service vouchers per calendar year, at the price of:
- €10.20 for the first 300 vouchers in 2025
- €12.40 for the next 200
As a household
A household includes all persons registered at your address.
You can order a maximum of 1,000 service vouchers per year:
- €10.20 for the first 600 vouchers
- €12.40 for the next 400
These rates apply regardless of which household member places the order.
About the tax reduction
If your main address is registered in Brussels, you (as a user or household) benefit from a 15% tax reduction on the first 172 service vouchers per person. This means a saving of €1.53 per voucher: instead of €10.20, you pay €8.67.
Service voucher in Flanders
As a user
You can order a maximum of 500 service vouchers per calendar year, at the price of:
- €10.00 for the first 400 vouchers
- €11.00 for the next 100
As a household
A household includes all persons registered at your address. You can order a maximum of 1,000 service vouchers per year:
- €10.00 for the first 800 vouchers
- €11.00 for the next 200
These rates apply regardless of which household member places the order.
About the tax reduction
Your main address (as registered in the population register) is located in the Flemish Region?
- For service vouchers purchased up to 31 December 2024, you still benefit from a €1.80 tax reduction per voucher, valid for the first 198 vouchers per person, resulting in a net cost of €7.20
- From 1 January 2025, this benefit is abolished, meaning a service voucher costs €10.
Service voucher in Wallonia
As a user
You can order a maximum of 500 service vouchers per calendar year, at the price of:
- €10.20 for the first 175 vouchers
- €11.20 for the 176th to 400th vouchers
- €12.20 for the 401st to 500th vouchers
As a household
A household includes all persons registered at your address. You can order a maximum of 1,000 service vouchers per year:
- €10.20 for the first 350 vouchers
- €11.20 for the 351st to 800th vouchers
- €12.20 for the 801st to 1,000th vouchers
These rates apply regardless of which household member places the order.
Specific quotas
The following categories (single parents, elderly people or persons with disabilities) may order up to 2,000 service vouchers per year, all at a rate of €10.20.
About the tax reduction
Your main address is located in the Walloon Region? You (as a user or household) benefit from a 10% tax reduction on the first 150 service vouchers per person, equal to €1 per voucher.
=> For a voucher priced at €10.20, you actually pay only €9.18 after tax reduction.
