How do I get started with service vouchers?

Visit Sodexo and choose your region (Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders). Click on “Registration” and follow the steps until your registration is confirmed.
Choosing vouchers & contacting us
Choose paper or electronic vouchers (you can change this setting in your profile). To obtain a household helper, write to us using the form, by e-mail (titres-services@aaxe.be) or call us: we will adjust the day, the number of hours, etc.
Paying for services
With electronic vouchers, we register the hours and you simply need to validate them. With paper vouchers, give 1 voucher per hour to the household helper (1 hour = 1 voucher).

How much does a service voucher cost?
Service vouchers in Brussels
As an individual user
You can order a maximum of 500 service vouchers per calendar year, at the following price:
- €10.20 for the first 300 vouchers purchased in 2025
- €12.40 for the next 200 vouchers
As a household
A household includes everyone registered at your address.
You can order a maximum of 1,000 service vouchers per year:
- €10.20 for the first 600 vouchers
- €12.40 for the next 400 vouchers
These rates apply regardless of which household member places the order.
About the tax deduction
If your main address is registered in Brussels, you (as an individual user or household) benefit from a 15% tax reduction on the first 172 service vouchers per person. This represents a saving of €1.53 per voucher: instead of €10.20, you pay €8.67 for these vouchers
Service vouchers in Flanders
As an individual user
You can order a maximum of 500 service vouchers per calendar year, at the following price:
- €10.00 for the first 400 vouchers
- €11.00 for the next 100 vouchers
As a household
A household includes everyone registered at your address. You can order a maximum of 1,000 service vouchers per year:
- €10.00 for the first 800 vouchers
- €11.00 for the next 200 vouchers
These rates apply regardless of which household member places the order.
About the tax deduction
Is your main address (as registered in the Population Register) located in the Flemish Region?
- For service vouchers purchased up to 31 December 2024, you are still entitled to a tax reduction of €1.80 per service voucher, valid for the first 198 vouchers per person, resulting in a net cost of €7.20
- Since 1 January 2025, the tax benefit has been abolished, meaning that the service voucher costs €10 from then on.
Service vouchers in Wallonia
As an individual user
You can order a maximum of 500 service vouchers per calendar year, at the following price:
- €10.20 for the first 175 vouchers
- €11.20 for vouchers 176 to 400
- €12.20 for vouchers 401 to 500
As a household
A household includes everyone registered at your address. You can order a maximum of 1,000 service vouchers per year:
- €10.20 for the first 350 vouchers
- €11.20 for vouchers 351 to 800
- €12.20 for vouchers 801 to 1,000
These rates apply regardless of which household member places the order.
Specific quotas
The following categories (single-parent families, older people or people with disabilities) can order up to 2,000 service vouchers per year, all at a rate of €10.20.
About the tax deduction
Is your main address located in the Walloon Region? You (as an individual user or household) benefit from a 10% tax reduction on the first 150 service vouchers per person, i.e. €1 per voucher.
