- Aaxe guides the potential client to register with Sodexo
- Thus the client can order paper or electronic service vouchers
- In this way, by listening to the client’s needs, our staff member searches for the household helper who best matches the needs of the client
- The Aaxe service voucher household helper works at the client’s home on the appointed days and hours.
- We follow each worker’s schedule. We indicate the new client and the contact information so that the household helper can get there on time.
- We give the household helper a map of how to get there
- When the household helper arrives at her client’s home, she is attentive to the products and maintenance instructions that the client specifies.
- The customer gives instructions to the Aaxe household helper: which rooms to clean, in what way, with which products…
- Aaxe monitors the services carried out at the client’s home. The household helper completes her schedule and gives a report of her services at the client’s home to AAXE.
- In the event of unavoidable absences of the household helper, i.e. when she is on holidays or incapacitated, we offer a substitute.
